After years and years of searching for a decent chiropractor and getting hit left and right with gimmicks and uncaring practitioners, I was almost ready to give up on chiropractics. Then, I found a number for Rosa Family Chiropractic and decided to give them a try. I am so glad that I did, because I then met Dr. Brooks, who changed the quality of my life for the better. He used a device called an activator to adjust my bones, and also used exercises to help me to strengthen my muscles and ligaments, so that bones do not continue to become off-center. I have several bone problems that are continuous, and will be with me for all of my life, and used to be in chronic pain, wearing two back-braces a day. Thanks to Dr. Brooks of Rosa Family Chiropractic, I am more independent than I have ever been before in my life, and no longer have any need for back braces, due to his techniques. Thank you Rosa Family Chiropractic, for helping me, and for always caring and never skimping on treatment! I have recommended many friends and co-workers to this office now, as has my mother, who has had similarly awesome results from this office and chiropractor.

"I had a shoulder problem for several months due to an accident. My shoulder began to give me sharp pains when I would move my arm certain ways or tried to lift things as light as my brief case. This continued, and as the pain became greater, my range of motion decreased. Dr. Rosa listened carefully as I described what I was dealing with, and took the time to explain to me the problem and diagnosis. He began using techniques that provided relief almost immediately. I experienced steady improvement in my shoulder, and now have full range of motion back and am no longer dealing with any pain. I would highly recommend anyone on staff with the Rosa practice.ý"

"I had inflammation and sharp pain in both feet that had become chronic and had me on crutches for months. After many months of MRI's, x-rays and appointments with specialist doctors and accupuncturists, I finally made a desperate call to the Rosa Family Chiropractic Clinic after seeing a listing of practitioners for cold laser therapy. This may not seem like a desperate call, but you must understand that I had two decades of unfounded skepticism regarding chiropractors and a misconception that all they did was align the spine or manipulate joints!

Well, imagine my surprise when they were able to finally get me off the crutches! Dr. Brooks had the good judgment to have another MRI done, which revealed a stress fracture which hadn't been caught in previous MRI's and x-rays. He then started a methodical program of reducing pain and inflammation with cold laser therapy, ultrasound, ice and Bio-Freeze gel. He also started physical therapy to strengthen the muscles to prevent atrophy and support the affected joints. Dr. Rosa also provided expert oversight, suggesting the Graston technique, roller bed therapy, and additional diagnostics to rule out other conditions, such as lymph/vascular drainage problems. These guys really care about their patients and want to get well ASAP!

All I can is that I am now a believer in the Rosa Family Clinic's holistic method of treatment and long-term view of avoiding quick fixes using steroids or other medications. (Although they will recommend such treatments or related medical specialists as needed.) I owe them my mobility which would have affected my active family lifestyle and ability to travel internationally. Great work, guys - I'd walk miles for you!!!"

"Rosa Family Chiropractic is fantastic!  I went in with a long time shoulder injury that has beeen bothering me over the years.  I called up their office (was not put on hold) and was able to get a same-day appointment.

I had the opportunity to work with Dr. Rosa and Dr. Brooks for approximately 2 or 3 weeks, and m y shoulder has never felt better!  I rarely waited longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room, and both doctors were very attentive during my visit.  They spent time with me and I never felt rushed.  My shoulder feels incredible, I able to enjoy everyday life, and more importantly play with my grandchildren!

 "I highly recommend Rosa Family Chiropractic! Ive had low back pain for about the last 10 years. I recently just suffered an injury and my pain became intolerable. I tried a few options and nothing seemed to work. Luckily, a friend finally referred me to Rosa Family Chiropractic, and I couldnt be happier. I felt immediate pain relief after the very first visit, and now consider myself to be more than 100% healed. Dr. Brooks worked closely with me during each treatment, and guided me to recovery. He was very attentive to all of my symptoms, and even gave me at-home instructions to help me with my injury. Im very satisfied with my results at Rosa Family Chiropractic, and highly recommend them!"

"I had high energy fractures in my right hip and femur from a motorcycle accident and "threw a dart" at my preferred provider directory to find a physical therapist when my orthopedic surgeon said I was ready for PT. I am so happy that my dart landed on Rick Rosa. He was outstanding from the beginning. He knew just the right things to say to get me motivated to do my exercises in his office and at home, and the exercises he recommended got me back to excellent mobility, strength, and lack of pain in just a couple of weeks. He advised me that his facility might not be equipped to handle my injuries and that I might need to go to a bigger place if I didn't improve, but that never happened because I improved with each visit to Rick. He worked my leg hard and to the pain threshold during office visits, but it always felt fantastic by the end of each session. Then I had the luxurious massage chair and electrodes and a heating pad on my knee to look forward to as my reward (my right knee had atrophied due to disuse of the leg and damage to the ligaments). I highly recommend Rick as a physical therapist for anything from the smallest muscle knot to the most severe bone fracture. He is up on the latest literature and is willing to try experimental treatments such as kinesio tape (a la Kerri Walsh from the women's beach volleyball team) and the cold laser."

 "I train for ultramarathons, and my back is constantly in need of work. Dr. Dina Rosa was able to immediately assess my critical tension points. No "frou-frou" or wasted time, Dr. Rosa got right to it.

During my initial assessment, she had the patience to listen to my comments and took her time in responding with stretches and suggestions I found very useful. Her husband is also a chiropractor and avid cyclist which I found as an extra treat."

"Pain relief......FINALLY!: Well I went just about everywhere untill my neurosuregon reffered me to Dr. Andy Linn and Dr. Dina Rosa. What a team they all worked together in an effort to solve my problem and always did it with a bright smile. They never made me feel like I was whining or crazy and always presented multiple options.
